1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website, in-store, or via any other sales channel.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability 

    • We offer a range of food and non-food products, including bulk and wholesale items.
    • All products are subject to availability.
    • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.
    • Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Pricing 

    • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of VAT.
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders.

4. Orders & Payment 

    • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
    • Accepted payment methods include: card, online gateway.

5. Delivery

    • Delivery is currently available within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (see locations in Delivery Areas).
    • Orders placed before 12:30 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
    • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next day.
    • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Order Cancellation 

    • Orders can only be cancelled before 12:30 PM on the day of delivery.
    • Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted for food items, however, for none food, cancellation can be made and Delivery charge will be deductible from the total. 

7. Returns & Refunds 

    • Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.
    • Food items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage, expiry, or incorrect delivery.
    • Non-food items may be returned under specific conditions (unused, unopened, within the allowed timeframe).

8. Quality & Liability 

    • We ensure proper storage and handling of all products.
    • Once the order is delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.
    • We are not liable for damages resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

9. Customer Responsibility 

    • Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.
    • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with valid proof.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper storage, especially for frozen and perishable items.

10. Force Majeure 

    • We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

      • Natural disasters
      • Government restrictions
      • Supply chain disruptions
