Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of orders placed with BULK Wholesale within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the terms set out below.
1. Delivery Area
- Delivery services are currently limited to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

- The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations outside our designated service zones.
2. Delivery Schedule
- Orders placed before 12:30 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 12:30 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
- Deliveries are made during [insert delivery hours, e.g., 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM].
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after confirmation and successful payment (where applicable).
The Company reserves the right to:
- Delay processing due to stock availability
- Cancel orders in case of operational constraints
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- The Company reserves the right to revise delivery charges at any time.
5. Receipt of Delivery
- The Customer (or an authorized representative) must be present to receive and inspect the order.
By accepting delivery, the Customer confirms that:
- The order is complete
- The products are in acceptable condition
If no one is available at the delivery location:
- The Company reserves the right to reschedule delivery or cancel the order
- Additional delivery charges may apply
6. Inspection & Claims
- Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery.
- Any issues (damage, missing, incorrect items) must be reported within 24 hours with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- Claims submitted after this period may be rejected at the Company’s discretion.
7. Perishable & Frozen Goods
- All perishable, chilled, and frozen products are delivered under controlled conditions.
- Upon delivery, responsibility for proper storage transfers immediately to the Customer.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Spoilage due to delayed acceptance
- Improper storage after delivery
8. Failed Deliveries
A delivery will be considered failed if:
- The Customer is unreachable
- Incorrect address details are provided
- Access to the location is not possible
In such cases:
- The order may be cancelled without refund (especially for food items)
- Redelivery may be arranged subject to additional charges and product condition
9. Order Cancellation (Delivery Related)
- Orders may only be cancelled before 12:30 PM on the delivery day.
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is strictly prohibited for food items, however, for none food, cancellation can be made and Delivery charge will be deductible from the total.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
11. Risk & Ownership
- Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the Customer upon successful delivery and acceptance.
- After this point, the Company holds no responsibility for loss, damage, or misuse.
