Return & Exchange Policy

1. Food Products (Strict Policy)
For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons:
- All food items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Frozen foods
- Fresh items
- Dairy products
- Beverages
- Dry and packaged food
Exceptions (only if applicable):
A return or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
- The item was delivered damaged
- The item is expired at the time of delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with proof (photo/video).
2. Non-Food Products
We accept returns or exchanges on non-food items under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within, 3–7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
Non-returnable non-food items include:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original condition
- Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (All Categories)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as evidence
- Our team will assess and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable
4. Return Process
- Contact our customer service via phone or WhatsApp.
- Share your order details and reason for return
- Approved returns must be handed over in original condition
5. Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 working days
6. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
